How to Read the Roadmap

Each stage combines infrastructure maturity, support capability, and relationship depth. Stage 1 is active now with current trailer-supported deployment, core guided recovery stations, and one-off pilot activation.
Support
The service capability path, from core guided recovery stations toward partner-supported and credential-gated services.
Relationship
The customer relationship path, from one-off pilot events toward recurring partner continuity and organization-level support.
Bigger equipment does not automatically mean higher-level care. Higher-level support requires the right staff, intake, documentation, safety controls, partner structure, and operational readiness.

PrimeWorks does not sell future-stage capability as if it is live. The roadmap is built to protect participants, event partners, operators, and the quality of the service.
Field Validation
Live events must prove check-in, queue control, station flow, completion tracking, and customer understanding under real event speed.
Operating Readiness
Staffing, scripts, documentation, power, setup, safety controls, and equipment readiness must work without founder-level explanation.
Partner Structure
Credential-gated and licensed-partner activations require the right partner agreements, insurance posture, consent controls, and scope boundaries.
