What athletes actually get.
PrimeWorks operators set up a guided recovery station at the event or approved location. Athletes check in and move through available stations — compression, reset tools, and hydration closeout — with operators managing flow, equipment rotation, and safety boundaries throughout.
- Athletes check in at the recovery station
- Operators route athletes to available compression and reset tools
- Compression equipment supports quick recovery windows between rounds or games
- Hydration closeout helps athletes finish the session cleanly
- Operators manage flow, safety boundaries, and equipment rotation throughout the deployment
Tournament days are long. Athletes need support between rounds.
PrimeWorks brings organized recovery support to the events where athletes are most often left waiting — multiple games, long sits between rounds, and no recovery structure on site.
When athletes compete across back-to-back rounds, organized recovery support keeps them comfortable and moving between sessions without wandering for solutions.
Recovery flow is operator-managed. Coaches and staff can stay focused on their athletes instead of coordinating where people go between rounds.
For facilities and event organizers who want structured, equipment-based recovery support without building a permanent recovery room or staffing it themselves.
Deployment windows range from focused pop-ups to full event-day coverage. Scope, staffing, and equipment mix are confirmed before the event so flow works from the first athlete to the last.
PrimeWorks deploys to approved events and approved locations. If your event or venue fits after review, we confirm scope and deploy.
Multi-game tournament days, sports showcases, and competition events. Organized recovery support for athletes competing across multiple rounds with limited downtime between sessions.

Every PrimeWorks deployment is reviewed before availability is confirmed. This protects the event, the venue, the operators, and the athletes we serve.
-
01Tell us about your event or location
Submit an inquiry with event details: date, venue, expected athlete count, sport or activity type, and any logistics you already know about.
-
02We review site, scope, staffing, and requirements
PrimeWorks reviews site conditions, operating scope, staffing, equipment mix, venue permission, and insurance or COI requirements before confirming anything.
-
03If it fits, we confirm the deployment plan
If the event scope fits an approved deployment, we confirm the planning floor, equipment mix, and staffing. If something is outside current scope, we tell you clearly.
Start with the event. We'll scope the recovery support.
Tell us where your athletes are, how long the day runs, and the flow you expect. We review the site, service window, station mix, staffing, and insurance/COI needs — then confirm a deployment plan that fits the day, instead of selling a package off a menu.
Coverage can be structured around the event. Some activations are paid by the host, facility, team, or organization. Some are sponsor-supported. Some allow athletes to pay individually on site. Limited pilot, community, or relationship-building activations may be handled differently when approved.
Most approved event-day deployments start around $850. Longer or larger days plan higher. Final scope is confirmed after review.

- Insurance/COI
Shorter recovery-pass flows support more athletes than deeper circuits. We confirm realistic throughput during review.
