From inquiry to approved deployment. We review the location, operating scope, insurance or COI needs, equipment mix, and operator availability before confirming the event.

Request Deployment Review
Submit your event details — date, location, expected athlete count, and activity type. We review feasibility, site requirements, and scope before confirming availability.

We Configure the Trailer
Your event brief is generated. Stations are configured for your sport, session volume, and athlete timeline. Equipment manifest is locked before arrival.

Arrive. Set Up. Run.
PrimeWorks arrives with the approved equipment mix, sets up inside the agreed operating scope, and starts participant flow when the host location is ready.

Athletes Leave Better
Participants move through approved guided recovery stations such as compression, mobility/reset tools, and hydration closeout based on the event plan.
